I had Hughes net up until the first of this year when it quit working and I couldnt EVER get anyone to come out and service it. My contract was up so I canceled them. I never got the rebate money back from when I first signed up either. My brother-n-law's satalite was hit by lightning 2 months ago and no one has fixed his yet. A doctor I work with had been out of service for months before anyone came and fixed his. GOOD LUCK!!
I now have service thru cell phone dealer. I have this little thing that plugs into my computer and I can get on line. Its thru a satalite some kind of a way....I dont care how it works just long as it works, lol!!
